She started in the rooms where the numbers actually get scrutinized: an accounting degree from NYU's Stern School of Business, auditor at Ernst & Young, then Director of Accounting for a publicly traded company where GAAP compliance and audit readiness were not optional.
She went on to venture and private equity backed businesses, absorbing acquisitions and navigating divestitures, and finished her in-house career as CFO of a $50M company. She founded NextStage Advisory in 2017 and since 2024 has worked exclusively with HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors.
